Estia Pelion welcomes local gastronomy to its premises by welcoming to Portaria the winemaker Andreas Patistis from Argalasti Pelion.
Meet the winery of Andreas Patistis, a pioneer and passionate about the culture of soft winemaking, winemaker.
A Sunday dedicated to the excellent producers of our land in the promotion and acquaintance with the terroir of South Pilion.
The unique wines accompany in perfect harmony the products of the Dairy Karakana, cheeses in traditional flavours and modern combinations.
Sunday’s guest star is Pelian Lab, a small laboratory in the city of Volos, which uses unique raw materials from Pelion, such as apples, to create delicious and pure products that are worthy of being paired with the flavours of Patisti Distillery.
In the company of Sunday, the permanent partner of Hestia, the wine cellar Bottilia.
INFORMATION
The tasting includes the tasting of 6 labels of Patisti Winery, accompanied by 5 types of cheese from Karakana Cheese Factory and dried apple chips from Pelion Lab.
